Proactive Operations Team

Kody Parton – Virtual Chief Information Officer (VCIO)

I started my career in IT at 15 and I’m still at it 20 years later.  I love playing video games with friends, disc golf, and going on adventures with my family.  I am a father of 3.  My daughter Kinzey is 16, her brother Miles is 1, and their sister Ailee who is T-Minus 60 days and counting.

Update:  Ailee was born at the end of December weighing over 8 lbs! Kody says Mom and baby are healthy but quite tired!  Welcome Ailee

Professional Services Team

Colten Croisant | Systems Administrator ProServ

I was born and raised in MO and I am sadly not a big sports fan (just getting that out of the way right out the gate). I enjoy video games and really enjoy watching movies as well as trying to find any hidden gem restaurants in KC. My wife and I have been traveling more and we are really enjoying it despite the pandemic. We are hoping to maybe start a family soon. For any fellow nerds, I enjoy Star Wars over Star Trek but have no ill will towards the latter. Despite my feelings for Star Wars, I still believe Lord of the Rings to be the superior trilogy.

Tom Hatfield | Systems Administrator ProServ

I’ve been in IT for almost 20 years. I’ve climbed towers, built radio stations, worked in cable plants, and been an IT contractor. Over the years I have installed, broken, and fixed just about anything you can think of.  I’m a Fort Hays State grad and 4 years ago, I moved to the KC area from Salina KS to marry my wife Lindsay. She is a grade school teacher. In my free time I like hiking, guitar, and riding/driving/wrenching on my Russian Ural and 1965 Mustang.

Reactive Operations Team

Freya Bunga | Systems Administrator ReOps

I recently graduated with my masters in computer science. I love learning new things, and really enjoy cooking and architecture. As I come from a costal area from India, I’m built to love the ocean. Can’t wait to meet you all.

Gus Eulitt | Systems Administrator ReOps

My name is Gus Eulitt and I’m very excited to be starting with Umbrella this coming Monday, January 10th! I have been working in the IT industry for five years now after graduating from CentriQ training in 2017. Since then, I’ve worked all over the metro, including Bluescope Steel in the West Bottoms, and Evergy here in downtown doing a variety of different types of work. I’m really looking forward to meeting the team and furthering my career with Umbrella!

Outside of work I’m a sports fan including Ice Hockey which I played for the better part of my life, football, and motorsports. I like to game and am generally interested in most things technology related. I was born and raised here in the metro so its always exciting to get to come and work downtown in a place I know so well! I’m very excited for this opportunity and can’t wait to get to work!

Kyle Tingly | Systems Administrator ReOps

Hello my name is Kyle, I’ve been fixing computers since I was 8, but have been at it professionally since 2010. I get a lot of self-reward for fixing things not just computer related. Now having a family and home things are constantly needing fixed so I get that bucket filled easily.  I have a lot of passions outside of IT. I am a dad to 4 children, from oldest to youngest Lillie-14, Nolan-11, Reese-2, Liam-1. I’ve been into cars/trucks/motorcycles for a long time, I currently have a Ducati. Another hobby I have picked up  recently is casting things out of metal. Most of the time I use aluminum as I recycle and burn cans down, then will make a mold in sand to pour molten aluminum into to make just about anything. Most recently been doing plaques with names or designs as gifts for friends and family.

Jeremy Johnson | Systems Administrator ReOps

I’m a divorced dad of three that is originally from Pine Bluff, AR. This job opportunity has allowed me to live a lot closer to a lot of family I have here on both sides of the state line which I’m really excited about. I’ve been working in the IT industry for the last 17 years from retail to an enterprise hospital environment. I enjoy weightlifting, collecting and studying medicinal herbs, crystals and researching alternative healing modalities in my spare time. I’m looking forward to the opportunity of working with you all and learning from you all and sharing what i’ve learned on my IT journey thus far.
