and management support model. Every day we receive updates and alerts from your server and workstations. If there are any issues of concern, they are resolved immediately; most of the time it’s before you were aware of an issue. You will receive incident and monthly reports so you are
kept up to date on any changes made to your investment.
Umbrella also remotely manage your server to “push out” updates and security patches. This keeps your business performing optimally and securely. 95% of issues can be resolved from Umbrella headquarters. In the event an issue cannot be fixed from our office an Umbrella certified technician will be sent to your site to resolve any issues.
