Position Title: Account Manager
Status: Full Time Employee
Location: Kansas City, MO

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, consultative post sales professional who is capable of managing existing relationships, working independently and as part of a team, with a dedication to service excellence.

This Umbrella Medical System role is responsible for the overall account relationship and customer satisfaction of his/her assigned base of accounts. This position will manage the deployment of designated new accounts as well as monitor, manage and grow existing customers. The Account Manager is also tasked with re-signing customer contracts and ensuring that customers have long term, current agreements in place. He/she will serve their customers’ by delivering customer feedback to Umbrella Medical Systems management and securing the necessary corporate resources to drive product enhancements and remedy customer service issues. He/she will also have field engineering responsibilities as a resource to assist with the day to day operations for all customer accounts under management. He/she will participate in on-site and/or phone pre-sale calls when needed to help describe our implementation, deployment, and support; assisting in bringing on new customers.

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Self motivated individual with great attitude
  • Provide some project management and support to clients
  • Perform all support in a highly professional manner
  • Ability to travel and work with a on call rotation
  • 4 year + experience in related field and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work with multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
